Proactive Move Management System (PMMS)

Proactive Move Audit (PMA)

The Proactive Move Audit (PMA) provides customers with a limited inspection of the rig and its personnel as pertaining to rig move purposes. To conduct the required audit, a Framework representative travels to the rig, assess the situation, evaluates equipment, and talk with the rig’s personnel. This assessment takes place at least two weeks prior to the rig move to allow for correction or mediation of deficiencies. The results of the audit determine Framework’s suggestions to the customer on how to improve work scope performance and conduct a smooth, accident-free rig move.
