History

Since it's inception in 2006, Framework Offshore, LLC has branched its’ services from filling marine manpower shortages to include MODU re-activation, commissioning, Jack –up move monitoring, and FPU Move Services. Framework also offers a wide variety of MODU move Packages based on Framework Offshore's Proactive Move Management System.

Mile stone-Time line

Oct 2006 –Obtain Business License, Partnering for LLC.

Opened Corporate office at 450 n. Sam Houston PKWY e. Houston TX

Set up consultancy alliance with Noble Denton Marine Incorporated filling need for competent manpower during Jack-up rig moves.

Completed First year in business.

Set-up Alliance with Offshore Rig Movers International to supply

Rig mover services as required to fill need for competent rig mover services.

Performed Ship Yard Exit / re-activation services for Ocean Yorktown.

Performed Ship Yard Exit / re-activation services for Ocean Ambassador.

Completed second year in business.

January 1, 2009 Opened Operations Office at 5829 W. Sam Houston PKWY N. suite 1209 Houston TX

Purchase required insurance and set up first Master Service

Agreement with major Offshore Drilling Contractor.

Supplied all licensed required positions for the FPU Thunder Hawk during move and commissioning of production facilities.

Performed Ship Yard Exit and MOB readiness services for Ocean Valiant.

September 1, 2009 Framework brokers lease to increase its employee parking by 300%.
